Materials specifications
a) Full dried solid hardwood frame, undergone anti-worm and polish treatment, Humidity control between 12%-15%, (international ocean transport standard).
b) Metal coil springs and fabric rubber with rust and moisture proofing treatemt.
c) High density eladticity foam: noted for it’s coziness and long durability.
d) Spray-bonded cotton between the leather and foam, no sagging.
e) UK BS5852 and USA117 fire retardant foam available.

Quality control
a) Before the order to be confirmed, we should check the material & colour of leather by sample which should be strictly.
b) We will be tracing the different phase of production from the beginning.
c) Every sofa qualiy checked & cleaned before packing.
d) Before delivery clients could send one QC or point the third party to check the quaity.

Payment term
a) L/C at sight.
b) T/T: 30% deposit by T/T, 70% balance by T/T before shipment.
Raw material guarantee
a) Solid wood lumber: Inner wooden framework should be without drawback such as bark, comply with the standard. The materials of appearance should be in compliance with the mark and specification, and the flaw can meet the requirements.
b) Metal pipe: Using high-frequency welded pipe, the pipe thickness of the stressed part > 1.22mm.
c) Products such as fabric, linen, cloth, brown cloth and cotton(weavintg) meet the health and safety requirements.
d) Foams: High-resilience foam sponges are high density rebound foam, sofa feels comfortable.
e) Adhesive: Hazardous material meets the GB18581 standard requirements.
f) Elastic material: The straight of snake springt steel wire (3.0-4.0)mm. Middle concave (or wrapper): The diameter of spring wire(1.0-3.0)mm.
g) Sitting face/armrest surface/backrest surface is genuine leather, the other part is synthetic leather generally.
h) Raw materials insurance: Absolutely no recycled materials.
