2) Cushion,the fabric and sponge inside the cushions, they are all water proof, the sponge we use for our products is of high density which ensures the durability, but usually, others just use 20 density which is bad. Further more,sunbrella fabric,which is famous and top quality,we can use them for your if you require it.
3) Frame, other manufacturers construct the frame with 1.0mm thick aluminum, but all our products are constructed with 1.2,1.5and 1.8mm thick tube, which make it strong enough, we make it powder coated, this way the frame is fully protected against corrosion and becomes virtually invisible once it has been woven over, some suppliers never do that to reduce the cost.
