Material Introduction (Outdoor rattan sofa):
1) Metal Frame: Top grade aluminum frame with powder-coated, light, strong and rust resistant.
Aluminum Tube:Thickness 1.2mm,diameter 25mm or 19mm or 16mm,The diameter depends on the design.
2) Rattan (Wicker):PE rattan, durable, UV resistant, rattan color is optional.
Flat rattan: width of flat rattan: normally 8mm. The thickness is 1.2mm to 1.5mm.
Round rattan: Diameter is between 2.5mm to 5.0mm.
3) Cushion: 100% polyester with high density Sponge , Easily removable Wash ,colours can be choosen. It is water-proof and UV resistant.
Thickness of cushion:
Dinning chairs,normally we use 5cm or 8cm.
Sofa or lounge/bed:normally we use 8cm to 30cm.
But we can also make it according to customers' requirement.
4)Table top:with 5mm to 12mm tempered glass, safe and strong.
