The artificial rattan garden patio furniture is made of the most durable PE. The PE rattan has superior endured for bend, aging and UV radiation. The main structure is made by aluminum tube. It's light and strong. The oxidation surface of aluminum tube has defile-resisting and antirust characteristic. rattan furniture sets is used to garden patio, public area and indoor house.

1, The rattan we use for our garden patio product is only the highest quality man-made fiber. Called PE rattan , which is made from 99.8% Polyethylene and 0.2% Ash, this kind of wicker is UV resistant and waterproof, and our rattan is through dyed, you can fix it by applying heat when it get scratches, it last long time and the color never fade away, also it is not sensitive to temperature fluctuations.
2, For the fabric and sponge inside, they are all water proof, the sponge we use for our garden patio products is of a density 20 which ensures the comfort.
3, The important point is on the frame, other garden patio furniture manufacturers construct the frame with 1.0mm thick aluminum, but all our garden patio products are constructed with 1.2 to 1.5mm thick tube, which make it strong enough, we make it powder coated, this way the frame is fully protected against corrosion and becomes virtually invisible once it has been woven over, the others never do that to reduce the cost.
4, Cushion it's for garden patio furniture use, it need carefully maintenance, but we don't need any cleaners and maintenance products, it can be simply wiped with a damp cloth, if cleaners needed, we strongly suggest you use non-foaming products, cushion it will leave residues and then contract dirt, and you can use a low setting pressure host to clean our garden woven patio products.
